How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

You can cancel anytime directly from the Google Play Store. Open Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PureScan → Cancel.

My scan result seems incorrect. What should I do?

Use the "Report" button on the result page to flag the product. Our team will review it. You can also email us with the product barcode and we'll investigate promptly.

Is my personal and health data safe?

Yes. All your data is stored encrypted and we never sell your personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

A product I scanned wasn't found in the database. What can I do?

Use the "Add to Community" button on the not-found screen to contribute the product. Alternatively, switch to "Ingredients Label" mode and photograph the ingredient list directly for an instant AI analysis.

I purchased Premium but the features aren't unlocked.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, go to the Premium page and tap "Restore Purchases". Still not working? Email us at support@purescan.health with your Google Play order ID.
